The one on the right appears to be Aequidens metae, though it might be one of the look alikes. Pic angle isn't perfect for ID'ing.

^ I agree. It looks like it could be metae. The fish on the left is a stressed chocolate cichlid.

x3 on the stressed chocolate, should come around though, when I got mine, it was stressed out for 4 days ..
