And if you could share any of you personal info on them. My lfs has all the name tags for these plants jumbled around and none of the people who work there can correctly tell me what they are. Sorry in advance for the crappy pics.

Without pictures, it is hard to tell. The onion plant is most likely crinum thaianum. The feathery looking plant can be parrot feather or possibly cabomba. Won't even guess at the bright green one.
 
#1 - Ceratophyllym demersum, maybe?
#2 - Lysimachia nummularia 'Aurea'
#3 - Looks the same as #2...
#4 - Ludwigia glandulosa
#5 - Crinum calamistratum
#6 - probably Alternanthera ficoidea, which is a non-aquatic plant
