What is the different between marble stingray and motoro other than their size at adult?

How do i tell if it is a marble and not motoro when they are babies?

It's not the size...it's the pattern. Here's my female marble0316172241b.jpg
Marbles get just as big as regular motoros, the pattern is the main difference, regular motoros have spots on a plain background color. Those pups look like marbles to me. It's hard to tell until they get a few months old what the pattern is going to look like...and even then they keep changing

because I thought marble don't go as big as motoro?.. I did some researches, it says marble in captivity maxed out at around 20in, where motoro can go above 30in diameter. I'm planning to put it in a 8x2.5 footprint. hmmm....

They can't stay in that permanently. The mother of my female ray was 24 inches at 6 years...still a long way to go! 8×4 would be safe to permanently house your rays. The 8×2.5 will work for quite a while till you are ready to build something bigger tho. Those pups look like they will turn out nice. Especially the one with lots of spots...that one looks like a winner!

do you think I can keep them in 8x2.5 footprint for at least 3-4 years?.

I think so...how many do you plan to get? Females grow much faster than males. My guess in 4 years the average female will be 15-18 inches across the disc. That pup is the one that caught my eye...that one will be nice!

I'm just getting a pair.
im going to get a bigger tank eventually.
current stock
1 HBG aro 35cm
2 oscars 25cm+
2 peacock bass 16cm & 20cm
3 IT dats (planing to give it to friends, so they will be gone soon).

You'll have trouble with your oscars...I've tried it before, doesn't work out. Arow and bass should be ok. I recommend setting up a 4×2 grow out tank to get your new pups fat and healthy before you put them in the main tank with other fish. Newly aquired pups take special care for the first few weeks. They need to eat alot and can't compete with established tankmates. They get stressed easily and that alone can kill them.
