What species is this albino African lungfish? It has spots/freckles all over the body, not just yellow like my albino dolloi, or has pattern like my albino marble

If u got it from Raymond it's not a proptopterus annectens annectens as he got it from congo. No west african lungfish exist in congo only annectens exist in there is protopterus annectens breini aka southern african lungfish. Could be an albino version. Also could be an albino protopterus aethiopicus congicus or protopterus aethiopicus mesmaekersi. Surely not a protopterus dolloi as the head is too pointy and not wide and body is no long enough.

I would lean more on proptopterus annectens spp. rather than protopterus aethiopicus spp. as my albino proptopterus aethiopicus congicus do have spots as well but not as small and widespread as that. Mine in mainly on the tail and little on top of the body.

Thanks for your input. Yes, it came from Raymond, as well my albino dolloi and albino marble.

King-eL can you please provide a source or listing of all of the lungfish species? I thought there was only 6 total species in 3 genera. Thanks.

Do you have any info on Mesmaekers' marbled lungfish?
I tried looking it up but I found nothing.
