Looks to be an albino peacock. I'm not sure which species though. I believe there are a couple of differet albino variants out there.

It's definitely an albino Haplochromine. The extremely emaciated nature of the fish makes an exact ID hard to pin down but IMO it doesn't matter anyway since most Malawi albino Haplochromines (including Aulonocara sp.) are hybrids.
If the fish is an albino Aulonocara it does not resemble any of the immediately recognizable varieties.
