All 3 are XB. Even the description says XB. RTG don't have pearlies.
 
Ahh I forgot about the video title!

They are meant to be 24K golden Malaysian cross back.

What do you think?

they seem to be high back or cross back(can't really see it clear), they're still young though but they don't look like 24k gold for me.
 
Those are xb. 24k or not it's another issue. These are xb which haven't go through intense white tank treatment thus they are not showing full crossing. With the current tank set up of white base and black background they should still develop crossing over the time.:)

Currently there're 2 meaning in 24K xb. It can be a 24K full gold XB or it can be a 24K gold intensity on a blue base XB.

Do both varieties turn that yellowy gold or is it possible that these could be nothing to similar to those full golden arowana we see on the Internet?

These fella are still young. You cannot compare with those treated in white tank intensively one too. They will develop their gold tone over the time as they grow.
