Hybrid for sure.

Looks very similar to my Mono/Ocell hybrid. Clearer pics would make a positive ID a bunch easier.
I like the spangling he has...whatever he may be.
Edit: also, how big is this guy??

I can see the faint bars on it and it also has some good spangling. I also vote hybrid.

Some sort of ocell hybrid. Here is a pic of a Singaporean Ocell hybrid, very similar spangling.
