It's no one on here - it's for sale locally to me, it's up as a pulcher but seeing as it was slightly unstable (in the bars) i did wonder if it was a large IT just similar looking to a pulcher as i have seen some very similar specimans.
 
I'd consider getting it,what are they asking for it?

This guy is meant to be 22" but comparing him to that big fat RTC i'm not so sure - what do you think?
