ID THIS BLOODY BARB!!!

Not really sick and tired of them, actually love them, but I am tired of not knowing what they are...lol. Can someone PLEASE tell me what type of barbs these are? I got them about a month and some ago as Arrow Sharks (knew they had to be something better than that) at 2". They are now pushing almost 5" and are getting really deep bodied. If you look closely on their upper lip you can kinda see these pore looking thingys, which just recently started showing up.

Practically drained my 300gal just to catch them and take shots. By the time I caught them I was pretty worn out, so hopefully we'll be able to get an ID finaly!

Should have gotten more of them, they were only $2.50 a pop...lol....but was worried they might grow into something HUGE, and then I'd be stuck with a lot of BIG fish and not know what to do with them. They are awesome though! Very active and growing fast.

I think they are some sort of Labeo species, just can't figure out which.

I have one of these its a Malayan silver shark possibly Labeobarbus leptocheila.

My friend has some just like them labeled as signal sharks.

Cool, if it is that species fish base says they get around 1'....thats about the right size for me!
