Ye its a hoplo catfish Megalechis personata
I have 7 in my 100"x30"x30" and the largest one it 8" a real monster but thats about the biggest one you will ever see! So not exactly a monster, one of my favourite cats though so full of character!
Enjoy get a couple more they are quite social

cool thats ok size but i think my rtc might have him eventually lol i just bought a albino oscar, jack daniel and tiger chichlid too £27 for the lot i will post pics of the rest in the relevent forums

very personable fish, the local LFS has a couple of FLA-caught specimens that are very interactive (in the sense oscars are usually considered) and seem like very interesting fish, good alternative to typical small armored cats like cories and brochis
