ID this cat please

Hi ya,
a few of the ukers from here met up at the wknd and went to a few shops. well in one there was this cat and all of us combined couldnt quite figure out what it was....soooo...ID PLEASE lol
it was probably about 2ft maybe just over.

cant remember how much he said one of the guys was interested so i think he knows. they just had a sign above its tank saying 'PLEASE ASK' and when u did they didnt no what it was lol

i have see a 1ft long one for sell for £130 at essex aquatics, they are rare in uk, i never see they for sale. what shop was it.

it was st albans maidenhead aquatics.....actually thats a point...y wernt u there? lol

Thanks for that! £150, about 50cm - 60cm long or so, beautiful cat. I very nearly bought it, but couldn't quite place an ID on it!

I had wondered about it but the adult pic on PC has rather different markings, but looking again the PC pic doesn't actually look fully adult! I hadn't realised they lost the rounded dorsal fin either.

lol neither did i but managed to get an albino bichir for £5....he was almost guna charge me £25 for it coz it was in with ornates lol

I'm very tempted to, not quite as pretty as the one on that page in my opinion - it had pretty much entirely lost the marble markings (a small very indistinct patch by the pectoral fins) and just had the light spotting.

Was a very nice fish. Although the lince cat was in an entirely other league :)
