Looks to be an ocell. Get me a close up of the anal fin, could still be a really washed out kel but I doubt it.

Yeah I see no spangling and at that size or should be much on the anal fin. It's a mutt or ocell.

I haven't seen to many occels with the red eye, I would say mono, or mutt

How big is it? Red eyes is interesting. If its 7-8" should some spangling on the anal fin and tail already
