I imported this in as a Red Texas. I am really new to these types of Hybrids (flowerhorn, red texas, etc...) and was wondering if there was more to this fish than just "Red Texas".
To my understanding there are several types of flowerhorns: kamfa, zz, red dragon, fader, etc...
Is this fish a certain type of Red Texas?
Please be mindful also that this fish is currently in the healing process...he was viciously attacked by a catfish and has recovered quite well. From when the picture was taken (last week) until now, he has more pearls around his body and a lot more "dark pinkish/red" as opposed pale.
