I'd this crab!!

That's the asian shore crab (Hemigrapsus sanguineus). Being a coastal species, it can tolerate a wide range of salinity. But, it is not a freshwater species. They're opportunistic omnivores and will eat any and all plants, worms, smaller inverts, and fish. They will also climb out of your aquarium at any opportunity since dominance is displayed by how high the crabs can present themselves over other crabs.
