I can identify Red line Torpedo Barbs and Siamese Algae eaters...There's another fish with that body shape (long Cyprinid type)...
You can see it at 0:15 to 0:18 , 1:09 below Anubias Plant...
Uploader said they're Penguin Tetras..but Penguin Tetras have the black line across their entire body..not just around the tail..

You mean the flying fox?

Edit: Never mind...too early in the morning. I see what you are talking about but not sure what it is.
