I go snorkling quite a bit although I'm not too familiar of the names of the fish, I saw this guy, I think he's really cool, I see them quite often so he's nothing too rare but its hard to google a fish you don't know lol. Any help guys.

I'm going to disagree and say juvenile French angel, Pomacanthus paru. The tail has a yellow border, whereas gray angels don't have a black border on the tail.

I'm going to have to say that this fish is (Pomacanthus Paru) French Angelfish. The French Angelfish and the Gray Angelfish (Pomacanthus Arcuatus) are very similar but there are several ways to tell the difference between the two. The first is that the French Angel has a rounded caudal fin, as where the Gray angel has a straight fin. Second the french Angel has a yellow border around the outside of its caudal fin where the Gray Angelfish lacks this yellow stripe. The last way to tell the difference is the yellow stripe on the mouth. The stripe on the Gray Angelfish stops at the mouth as where the stripe on the French Angelfish circles around the mouth. They are very hard to tell the difference as juveniles but the adults are much easier to tell apart.

Here's some pics to help here's the juvenile form of the French Angelfish

And here is the Gray Angelfish

And just for fun here are some pics of them as adults, first the French Angelfish.

Meant to say gray angels don't have a yellow border on the tail.
