And I'm pretty sure it's not a JD. Some kind of native fish? Bluegill-ish species? There were 2, I think one male(darker) and one female(lighter). They're pretty aggressive since all the real JDs in the tank are cornered, black, and scared to death.

Looks like a polleni, native to Madagascar.
This is what I thought from the first pic but there aren't a lot of spots on the body. That made me think otherwise. I could be wrong though.

It might get prettier as it grows, or you could replace the clown puke with some nice black sand or black gravel, or even play sand to get him to darken up.

Hmmm, I've kept Polleni before....this perhaps may be the more rare Bleekeri

And yes, these fishes are trememdously aggressive, especially to their own...I've noticed a lot of extincted or endangered fishes are this way: too aggressive, or too difficult to spawn.
