hi i saw this fish on craigslllist and i liked it but i want to get some info done on him because the owner says he doesnt know what kind oof fish it is plz help me and rate the fish if u like it plz for some reason i think its a buterkofi sorry for spelling

Looks like a Male Convict Cichlid to me. Usually a Convict that big should have some awesome flowing trailers. I dont believe its a female due to the lack of coloration and size. So I would say an average convict. But being that it looks big is a plus.
 
i dont know what kind it is bits it anit no conivict just know that its ways too big to be a convict just browse a ciclid website until you find some similar
 
It's a male convict...definitely not a buttikoferi. And $1500?? are you serious?
 
its not $1500 but r u sure its a male convict cuz i did not know convicts get that big and how big do convicts get by the way also what do u think is a good offer i should make on it
