Hard to tell for sure but looks like some type of goby.
 
Agree with Krichardson, appears to be some type of goby, a family of over 2000 species to which the mudskipper belongs. And many species are found in your area.
 
Does look like a goby, probably similar care as Dragon Gobies. Most are wild caught and require marine salt to thrive.
