I got these tadpoles well I was wondering what type they were one if a frog now and the other has it's hind legs.

I always catch American Toads these guys aren't like them. These guys are smooth which the toads I catch (young or full grown) aren't, also the eggs weren't in a line they were clumps.
I was looking for a container to put the frog in to take pic so it wasn't as stress full as me holding onto it and making him still.
Every picture I see of them they have lines. This frog has spots, or is that how they look when small?
That's definitely not a Spring Peeper, there are no lines on its back. Looks like a leopard frog to me.
I was looking at them, the one it looks like said they are from the south though? I found these eggs in my pond.
