I'D THIS GIANT WC FROG!!!!

Was doing some hardscaping today when I spotted this guy on the water bank, took my hat of and jump towards him trapping him in the hat, he is about 8" and has some serious weight, his claws are webbed meaning he is aquatic? any idea what kind?

Compared to my boot he was 8" without being stretched, will measure when I get home. If he isn't compatible in a 40b ill let him go by my niebhorhood pond
