those are different species. S. Compressus, S. Marginatus and S. Rhombeus (aka black piranha)
If this is the same fish you posted at the other thread then it'll most likely be a rhom. the eyes are not red cuz probably it's still stressed.
as for the color it really depends on lighting, and how it reflects off the scale. the fish itself won't turn blue or gold, etc. so you can really call it whatever you want based on how it looks like in person, it's still a rhombeus. just if they are from different collection points they may carry different physical trails.
