I saw it at my LFS for $220 marked as Polypterus Bichir Lapradei. Cause of the price i didnt pick it up. It didnt look like a Lap for me so im asking you guys, What species is it.

So it has 15 dorsal spines, it is 12".

Its a lap with cool looking eyes, but the price is more P.b.b. than P.b.l.

It's a lapradei with a damage eye. Probably when it was a juvenile. I've seen many captive breed bichirs with eyes like those. One of my hybrid bichir actually got her left eye like that.
