he is in my community tank.. just wondering what kind he is and how big he will get.. only one pic right now since he is illusive most of the time:D
 
its a spotted ralph cat, it dont grow to big, i got one about 6-8 inches, their growth rate is slow, and they attend to hide a lot.

Thank you,, thats the one that makes a funny sound?? 6-8 inches is pretty good size..i see him so seldom i did not realize he was a CAT.. haha..thank you again..
 
It's a Spotted Rapheal Cat (Agamyxis pectinifrons). Part of the Doradidae family which include the Talking Cafish. But I think these guys also do the croaking noises when they're taken out of the water.

I think Spotted get 6" while Strips get 8" They tend to grow slow from my understanding.

they're also aptly named talking catfish...paintboi was right they are slow growers...they get about 6" then just keep growing outward till they look bout like a spotted softball...lol...got some big spots though...mine has prolly 5x more and they're a lot smaller than that
