ID this loach please :)

The pet store I work at got a shipment of fish in today, and while I was putting them away I saw these little guys,..we didn't order them, they came by mistake and wernt on the invoice. So I just had to pick a few up,..can anyone tell me what kind of loach they are, and how big they will get =D
