That is just like the "Saxatillis" that we caught in the north of Uruguay. They were the only ones that I saw with the red patch at the top of the gill plates. . .

The colors on the pic you posted look like they have been bumped up in PS or something, too saturated IMHO. They are GREAT pikes btw, they spawn small, the biggest ones we saw were under 8" and really solid!

I did, we went in March, I would recommend it to ANYONE that likes to have even a little bit of an adventure!

Ya it would be awsome just quite expensive. I'd love to catch wild fish and bring them home.
