Agree, it's Cr. sp. "Bellycrawler"

Want to know it's sex? If female, the soft portion of the dorsal and anal fins will be clear. In males these areas are heavily spotted. Females will also frequently have an oceli in the middle of their dorsal fin. As they mature this becomes more distinct. When ripe females will exhibit a scarlet red strip along their abdomen and along the back. Quite pretty actually.
 
I think they are relativly common arnt they?

if there is red on its flanks then it is a Female. you will notice that it's tale wiill also have some opaque purple & blues in it. I have kept these fish for years so if you need any help with it feel free to ask. ARe they a Red Tailed Cats in there? if so then it goes without saying that they will eventually eat your pike... NIce fish btw!!
