Sorry bout the pics.. He won't come to the front of the tank.. I wonder if that huge fahaka has something to do with it? 
Could you give the area of collection...Saxatilis pikes are a pain to ID with out location....well, they are a pain period...but even harder with out location. Looks like a female for sure though! And yes, the puffer might have something to do wit it...
