doesnt look like ick. looks more like an injury. probely from fighting or could also be from netting them. my uaru sometimes look like that after i net them. It seems they have a delicate slime coating. The pic is a bit blurry but that would be my guess. Looks like a few scratches and some scales missing(is that what it is?), so i would say its from a small fight. Uaru usually heal quik so with good water quality, it should be gone within a few days. is there any white cotton looking stuff growing on it now?
 
it has been there for about a week and have been trying to figure it out before I put any meds in. its white but it doesnt really look cottony more like pimples

then i wouldn't treat with meds just yet. probely just from fighting or banged into something. should clear up on its own :)
