ID this PUFFER!

Hey so i seen this puffer at my LFS but they didnt know what kind it was nor did i. It was labeled a Pea Puffer, but it was way different then a pea puffer. Could you guys help please Oh when he was more stable the bottom of his belly was yellow but his tail is a orange-red color. I got him for $4.

Yea seems to match are they rare or how much do they normally go for?

not rare, but you got it cheap. They make interesting little pets. Not too hard to care for either.

Man this is strange lol i cant figure out what is it also. The markings come close but the red, i just dont see it. The outline of its eye is yellow and inside is green.
