Im no expert but it looks a lot like my Sperata Aor (INDIAN SHOVELNOSE) when he was a baby they get rather large.
on second thoughts unless someone contradicts me and im very much mistaken id say it has to be a Sperata Aor due to the black spot on the adipose.

acicularis is a possibility as well, but definitely Sperata. I am think Aor myself though.

All 3 Speratas have the characteristic spot on the adipose. I cannot ID to the species level.
