ID this sucker

can help me ID this fish?
do not know what the name of it...
it has long slender body and swim quite fast...sucker mouth too haha

"Oto" is the common name for the Genus Otocinclus, small-sized plecos. This name applies to Parotocinclus, Epactionotus and other genera of Otocinclus-related small plecs. All these belong to the family Loricariidae, BTW.

ottos are not plecos.

Why, Ming? Aren't they small-sized members of the family Loricariidae? I thought "pleco" was the common name of hte loricariids...
