They look to predominately Nile but could be a hybrid, possibly NileXBlue. Could you post a shot of caudal fin?

No problem, I farm a fair bit of tilapia. if you have any questions along the way about set up or locating livestock, give a shout

Many of the differences between Tilapines are so small, only a Tilapia specialist could tell, and only with a photo so detailed, that it allowed to count fin rays and other minute details.
Here are 3 species to compare.
Oreochromis tanganykcae

Oreochromic niloticus

Coptodon (Tilapia)zillii.

Aaah, that maybe true with a few species of tilapia but Niles have a distinguishing feature, heres a description from fish base
Dorsal spines (total): 15 - 18; Dorsal soft rays (total): 11-13; Anal spines: 3; Anal soft rays: 9 - 11; Vertebrae: 30 - 32. Diagnosis: jaws of mature male not greatly enlarged (length of lower jaw 29-37 % of head length); genital papilla of breeding male not tassellated (Ref. 2). Most distinguishing characteristic is the presence of regular vertical stripes throughout depth of caudal fin (Ref. 4967, 53405).
