I don't know Canadian fish that well but it looks like a chub to me and after looking on the internet I believe its Nocomis micropogon a "River Chub".

Alberta actually. I like to always see whats in this pond. People release all sprts of fish in there. Blue crayfish, koi.. who else knows whats in there. I use to kayak on it all the time and never had crayfish in there last two years someone introduced them...
