wasnt sure where to put this in the forum so i put it here. i found this little guy in my 180 and im wondering if i should be worried about it affecting my fish. what is it and if it is harmful, what should i get to get rid of it.

Detritus worm or annelid. They're harmless critters usually appearing from overfeeding or poor water quality. Most fish will eat them.
