Dear all,

This is my first post in this forum! Hope experts here can help me ID my PB. At 4-5", this breed has pretty striking and nice colouration and spanglings.

Thanks in advance!

These bass were caught in your local stream/river/lake? The second picture looks to be a common pbass caught in Singapore. A mixture of Mono/Orino/with a dash of Tem. I would Love to get my hands on a group of these bass. Great pick up non the less.

If that's the case, I have No Idea what they are to be honest. There are only 3 sp. of cichla that comes out Colombia. Orino's, Mono's and Tems.

I thought the term "Sp" refers to special patterns meaning fish that are not of pure breed pure patterns? Or unindentified species?

Looking at yours Julian270, yours looks like a Cichla monoculus "Enviria Lake". If it turns out looking like the only photo on the web, how much you want for them?

OP's your bass has a short head and the shape is off for being a typical Mono and/or ocell. Also, the op's 2nd and 3rd picture the head looks like a orinos head if that. To be honest, I have no clue what OP's bass is. No one post any updates of their Putomayo's in a while or at all.
