For future reference, it's a Festae because of 2 reasons.. The first set of bars on the body form a "y" or "4" looking design on them (yours is a little faded in the pictures), and also the tailspot only covers the top half above the lateral line, on a mayan it will be stretched out on both halves.

Looks healthy though, good luck with it.

Thank you all for your help; this is the information I needed. I do not get to see very many festae in this area. Mainly I have only seen them on the web, but I haven't been able to find a clear explanation as to how to identify one. Thanks again everyone.
