I bought this girl a few months back from Pedro. She was sold to me as a motoro oddball. Her mostly black belly and swirly pattern intrigues me. Is she a hybrid of some sort? Just thought I would share some pics and see what everyone thought.

Motoro/ peru flower ?? Neat looking ray.

Probably some kind of hybrid. I had a yepesi type a coupld of years ago that had an almost black belly.

The first thing i notice is the eyes... and mine has the same belly...

kind of makes me think mine may have some peru flower too...lol

She is only about 7 or 8" but her eyes pop out so far Reminds me of the snail from spongebob

You know...I'm starting to think that some of these "No-named" hybrids have either or both yepesi sp. in them, or peru flower. Also, if my memory serves me right, both have similarly colored underbellies. Note the eyes and spacing of both rays from my collection:

LJ, what does your Mantilla's eyes look like? Do they look like mine and fastcarsnbigfishies?? I am thinking peru flower
