Is there somewhere on the web to find out how to id arowanas? I got a Jardini the seller said it was a cross back or x back i forget but im just wondering ..

Cross-backs are Scleropages formosus, not S. jardini.
Just google them both, they are easy to tell apart. The Asians have much bigger scales and a higher body.
 
yea looks like its just a jardini, do they have variety of jardini? ive seen arowanas ive never seen before here on mfk
 
not different types of jardinis but their are two species from Australia jars get more color as they get bigger. jardini, leichardti leis have a spot on every scale
