ID?

anybody got any ideas on what this guy could be? he kinda stays close to the bottom, not aggressive, i was told he would grow to 11"

repost on the "others" list- this isn't a regular bottom-dweller, but some sort of cyprinid (I think).

^^ Agreed; definitely a Cyprinid, but I have no clue what species.

Looks like Sarcocheilichthys sinensis sinensis, chinese lake gudgeon, can grow to approx 12". Cool fish.
