My first impression is that it looks like an Amphilophus alfari or something similar.

The body is strikingly similar to many Astatheros species. Nourissati comes to mind but yours has a lot of spotting. So, I'm not sure but keep growing it out. I bet 90% of the people that comment on this thread will scream HYBRID.
