Looks like a Cryptoheros nanoluteus Yellow Convict cichlid, but it's hard to tell since it's a straight on picture of the fish, a side view would make it easier to ID.

What was it labeled as? Impossible to give a 100% id based on that picture alone. A couple different pics from different angles would allow for a better attempt to ID. But I agree with Troy that it does have the shape of a Red Terror...but again...lighting is really yellow and from this angle can't say for sure.

Yeah that would help. I am going with young festae based on the mouth shape, black pattern, and spot on the tail.

looks like a young amphilophus type to me. Likely a midevil that has not started to peel.
