I've posted this before, but now that the fish is a bit larger I'm wondering if it is easier to identify. All of these pictures are of the same fish even though it's pattern changes drastically occasionally. Thank you!

Yes, I noticed a couple white spots when I came home from vacation. It's been going through ick treatment! 😊 thanks anyways, though!
