I'll start off with no, I don't have pics of it. Fish came in as a midas with the others. Currently 2-3 inches. Shape very similar to midas. All white/greyish brown with black stripe running from eye to tail. Line is slightly irregular. Eyes are kind of reddish and fish has major attitude. It is in a tank with a 4 inch midas that has killed a few others and holds its own easily. Any ideas? If necessary I will try to get pics.

Flowerhorn? Lol, that's the only thing I can think of right now with the description of uneven black line from eye to tail and red eyes.
pics needed but it could be a red devil or midas they can look tons of differn't ways and are useually plain looking at that size but at around 4-5'' it will start to get red or orange color if its a midas but who know what it is its really hard to tell with out pics
Hey dragonfish we got the same ones here in AZ...how about that? I think its actually just a midas. Although the gold form is the most popular (the ONLY one you see), midas cichilds are actually quite varible in color.
