I can up with this idea for a filter for my 250 gallon indoor pond. Its made from 5 gallon buckets. Would it work? Bio Media would most likely be plastic strapping or scrubbies. Water would be pumped in the top and sprayed through 5 different nozzles. So like a wet dry filter with a gravel filter underneath. And Blue is actually a smaller bucket. Thanks

Do a bit of looking around.
Lots of "bucket" filter ideas have been posted.
Will say that most of them didn`t work well, if at all.

Thanks, Ive see a bunch of wetdry spray type things. Can you tell me what went wrong I found a few issues with the design. Ill have to drill holes in the bottom of the smaller bucket and move the outlet pipe down. I may go with just a simple overhead filter.

Thanks, I really dont want to get into a canister filter so Im just going to make a 20 gallon skippy filter. The pond will only have 1 bullhead so it should work.
