Hello! =^_^=

While Digging through some old aqurium stuff, I found some old Tufa Rock, which i split in half to make two pieces. I then Decided to Randomly apply paint the Two pieces of Rock with Acrylic Cherry Blossom Pink and African Violet. And Now i got Fake Like Rock! Yes Yes im not going to use this for the tank, itz just a Display or NickNAck of Some sort lol.

(I Also made a Stirofoam Ball SeaUrchin, stuck with Many Toothpicks Painted Pruple, which i Attached to the Fake Live Rock lol =^_^=)

Any ways ok now to the point...

I was wondering if anyone knew or has an idea to what kind of paint base they use in the factory or manufacture on painted bleached Coral and "Fake" Live rock that you find in your LFS. Is paint sealed with another paint to keep it from leaching lol.

Itz really Fun Painting the Tufa Rock like live rock.. the Total Randomness of putting the coraline is soo fun to do! Itz like how those people who whip paint into blank Canvasas. Must be fun to Paint Dead Bleached Hard Coral, and Turn them Into NickNacks Also! And this all started from an Arts&Crafts Randomness, to the Idea it being possible to Make it Aqurium SAfe Somehow! If So that would be Really Cool In a FOWLR Tank =^___^=

So um! If Any one got Ideas! Please Share! Thanks =^_^=

ok lets say not bleached coral. They do paint those fake live rocks that you see in the bins right, and those coral Molds replicas, that Feel like "Fake Coral". Well Nvm wether itz bleached coral or Fake Live Rock. Let me reword my Question....

Is there an Aqurium Safe Coloured Paint out There???

Thank you for your response though =^_^=
