Hello, I am new to MFK so please excuse me if my thread is in the inappropriate section. (Or the moderators can move it)
I will be purchasing a couple of 3-4'' polypterus senegals in a day or so for my 55 Gal and I also have a 30 Gal breeder tank set up for feeders I plan on raising.
My question is, which feeder fish (convict, guppy, etc) is the most "ideal" feeder?
Ideal in this case meaning easiest to raise, fast breeding time, high nutritional value, largest feeder output, and such things of that nature.
Your feedback is much appreciated.

Cons are quick and easy, but you will need a grow out tank seperate from the parents. Also a small fry tank may be helpful to. With frequent water large changes I can get my fry to 1/2 inch in 2 months and 3/4 to 1 inch in 4 months I am using a total of 5 tanks for my breeder progam.
