I need some ideas in my new 125 i got.

I want smaller chiclids but not to agressive.

I have some ideas such as
emerald rainbow fish- i know not chiclid
glass bloodfin tetra- i know not chiclid
Apistos
kribs
keyhole chiclids

I need more ideas! Also i really want to put my EBJD who is 4 inches in there. Is the possible?

Any suggestions are welcome
thanks alot!

My 6' 125 gal is currently stocked with:

Adult Pair of Blue Dempseys (both Blue)
Young Adult Pair of Elliott's Cichlids (similar to Firemouthes)
Adult Black Ghost Knife
Several Blue Gene Dempsey Growouts (2"~4")
Young Adult Group of Geo Steindachneri

The Blue Gene Dempseys will be removed and the Geo group will be thinned out to an approx 3m/9f breeding group...

In the past I had used this same tank to house a Colony of Apisto Cacatuoides, baby BGK and baby Blue Dempseys... The Apisto colony experienced a lot of aggression which thinned out the group, but as they started reproducing the parents allowed their offspring to grow up and start reproduing themselves, which replentished the numbers to a satisifying level...

I would suggest mixing Apisto species if you wish to keep multiple Apistos in your tank. I am currently considering removing the Blue Dempseys & BGK from my tank and repopulating it with Apistos...

FYI - I've had Adult Apistos kill a baby Blue Dempsey and I've had an Adult Blue Dempsey kill an adult Apisto... As Juvis they can coexist and a young adult Blue Dempsey may be okay with an Adult Apisto... but be thoughtful when mixing these two...

Thanks alot for the tips!

Im also considering adding

yellow labs
snow white chiclid
and i already own a jewel which i hope i can place him in but if he acts up to much hell just have to go on his own.

Yeah i do want somewhat community but would love to bable to add larger than tetras in the tank but yet i dont want agressive fish.

hmmm...usually large fish will eat fish that are a lot smaller.. i would recommend a panaque pleco.

i have a L204 panaque flash pleco sp. in my planted community tank. he maxes out at around 4'' but there's other panaques that grow larger and their diets mainly consist of wood!!!
they like to eat flake food and veggies/algae too!
