Ideas for 20L

Ok so my newest setup will be a 20L for the main living area in my house. So I need: beast color, and action. For stocking I was thinking about pairing 1 black clown, and one regular clown with a jaw fish of some sort.
What light should I use so I could do sps, lps, AND softies? Would I have to sacrifice the sps so I could do the softies and lps? Finally how many pounds of sand would I need? I forgot how much I bought for my 29.

How long is your tank? 24 inches? If so I'd get an aquaticlife t5 with lunar LEDs I just got mine and its honestly amazing

20 long is 30 inches by 12 inches wide by 12 inches high ( got two myself ) and your lucky!!
