Hey all :) I'm new to the forum, and would like any ideas/ suggestions for my new aquarium. It previously owned but i cleaned it up well, with good lighting (used for saltwater) which came with the tank. At the moment i'm using sand as a substrate and have a one anubis, and a amazon sword. Its been running for a week and atm I have 2 peppered cories to help with the bioload, and am clueless on what i want, i want a amazon biotype with community fish with a great center fish I.e angelfish or something bigger (will most likely be adding Rams too) and would like a few ground dwellers that dont get too big. Any suggestions would be appreciated will post pics if you want a mental image. What centerpiece could i use? Because the driftwood i added made the water milky and brown so i took it out. Thank, Masrybrah.

Angels would be nice. Some tetras. For bottom dwellers you culd do a few more cories and a pair of bn plecos. The driftwood most likely just leached tannins, harmles to fish. Boil it a couple of times, and do some 50% wc if you dont like the dark tea color. I personaly like it, the amazon is loaded with tannins and thatd be where your angels cories, etc would be from

X2 on the tannins, plus imo, if you're going for an amazon feel with angels, the tannins could really add to the overall effect of the tank...
